Should Parents Who Don’t Vaccinate Their Children Receive Jail Time?

TO SUGGEST THAT BY MAKING A CHOICE, AS A PARENT, ABOUT THE BEST MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR YOUR CHILD AS BEING NEGLIGENT IS A VERY SLIPPERY SLOPE

An article published in USA Today this morning states that parents who do not vaccinate their children should be placed in jail.  The article was written by Alex Berezow, PhD who is microbiologist and contributing editor to USA Today.  The cries from the “experts” lately are becoming louder and louder that somehow the people who refuse to inject the long list of toxins into their infant and toddler children are negligent and a danger to society.  The term often thrown around is that we should vaccinate all children “for the greater good” to obtain the fallacy of  herd immunity.

A recent studies show some troubling truths about vaccinated children who have the measles virus in their body
To suggest that by making a choice, as a parent, about the best medical treatment for your child as being negligent is a very slippery slope.  Today it is vaccinations.  Tomorrow it could be the food you are feeding them.  Let’s take this further down the road.  The CDC posted a report on their website in 2013 about their efforts to reduce infant mortality rates.  In this report they list breastfeeding as one of the strategies for reducing the chances of SIDS.
In other words, you are placing your child at risk of death if you don’t breastfeed.  How about room sharing?  They suggest this as a method of protection.  So if your child has their own room and crib and dies of SIDS can CPS come in and place you in jail for murder?  Let’s look at food.  Did you know that children who eat 12 or more hot dogs per month have 9 times the normal risk of developing leukemia.   So should these parents be jailed for their negligence?  Do you see the danger in this?  Who gets to decide what is appropriate and what is not?  For those screaming to make the no-vaxxer parents pay, you better think about the precedent that sets.   Now that we have the Affordable Healthcare Act in place, your negligence, if on the public plan, costs the tax payer money.  Can they then sue you for losses because of your poor choices?  It may seem ridiculous but look at where we are now.  Our rights are stripped away day by day for the collective.
Children are given to the parents by God for their care.  They are not wards of the state and despite what people like Hillary Clinton say, it does not take a village to raise your children.  The village seems to be sticking their noses in more and more where they don’t belong.  This village is the government and the pharmaceutical industry that will lose money if the public catches on and begins to take control of their own health through nutrition.  This is the number one reason why many people are ending up in the medical system where their lives are destroyed by toxic pharmaceuticals that set them up as an annuity of the system for life.
Alicia Chang wrote and article on January 23, 2015 called “Anti-Vaxxers Must Answer for Measles Outbreak.”  Is it really the anti-vaxxers that are to blame?  Dr James Cherry, a pediatric disease expert at the University of California, Los Angeles states, “Some people are just incredibly selfish” by skipping shots.
Yet the article goes on to state:  “Barbara Loe Fisher, director of the National Vaccine Information Center, a Virginia-based nonprofit that favors letting parents decide whether to vaccinate, said, “I don’t think it’s wise or responsible to blame” unvaccinated people for the Disney outbreak. She noted that a small number of those stricken had been fully vaccinated.”
Let me get this straight.  Alicia Chang thinks that anti-vaxx parents are liable for the outbreak that has occurred from those who visited Disneyland even though the people who contracted the disease were fully vaccinated.  Oops I guess you forgot that tiny detail…
