The Islamic State “enshrines a theology of rape” and jihadis often recite the Qur’an with “religious devotion” before and after such atrocities against women and children. Yet it is not just the Islamic State. Sexual jihad (and murder) takes place routinely in Pakistan against Christian children just for being Christian.
