Facebook is censoring "anti-immigration" posts

DETROIT (ChurchMilitant.com) - Facebook is continuing to censor Conservative websites critical of Islam.
Steve Amundson, founder of Counter Jihad Coalition, told Church Militant that Facebook has been locking him out of his page, Counter Jihad Coalition, since July 11.
Amundson uses his Facebook page and website CounterJihadcoalition.org to "educate people on political Islam, the threat of sharia and the violence that's in political Islam."
"I know there are good Muslims out there, and I know some good Muslims. We're against Islamic ideology which is much more than just a religion," he says, adding, "It's much more a political system than it is a religion."
Amundson notes he did not get any warnings from Facebook and simply found his page inaccessible. He was supposed to be banned for 24 hours but over a week later, it is still blocked, and Facebook representatives have not responded to any of his inquiries.
Since at least 2016, Facebook has been censoring people's posts and shutting down pages it deems fake news, xenophobic or whatever irritates Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg's sensibilities.
In September 2015, Zuckerberg commented to German Chancellor Angela Merkel that he was censoring "anti-immigration" posts.
He also instituted the Initiative for Civil Courage Online in order to remove "hate speech" and xenophobia from Facebook.
Robert Spencer's Jihad Watch has also been censored by both Facebook and Twitter, and he has seen a nearly 85 percent drop in page traffic to those accounts between February 9–10, 2017.
Former Facebook employees, however, have admitted they routinely deleted and censoredc onservative views and were fired after coming out publicly.
