Scotland Bans Discussion of Abortion at OWN HOME When Window is Open
In a September letter (below), the Scottish regime told people living in prohibited areas near abortion clinics that they cannot discuss abortion at home with an open window.
A law that came into force on 24 September makes it a criminal offence to 'influence someone's decision' about abortion or to 'cause distress' to another person about abortion.
The law applies not only to public places, but also to private places, such as a house in the prohibition zone, if a conversation can be seen or heard.
People are also encouraged to denounce to the police a person who 'you think is breaking the law'.
