Poland is the safest country for women

A study on migration and global wealth says, Poland is the safest country for women in continental Europe.
The study, cited by the Australian edition of Business Insider, shows some interesting results. Australia ranks first and the tiny European island nation of Malta second, before Iceland. The rankings are based on the percentage of women that were victim of a serious crime in 2017.
According to the report, women’s safety “is one of the best ways to gauge a country’s long term wealth growth potential, with a correlation of 92% between historic wealth growth and woman safety levels.”

Poland is ranked sixth, behind New Zealand (4) and Canada (5). Nordic countries like Norway, Finland, Sweden and Denmark are nowhere to be seen near the top ten. That is remarkable considering their feminist and progressive policies.
