DESCRIPTION OF THE SIX INVESTIGATIONS
INTO JORGE MARIO BERGOGLIO
(1) Is Jorge Mario Bergoglio guilty of sexually abusing Jesuit novices in Argentina, yes or no? This investigation is necessary because of the principle of “zero tolerance” that Francis himself has established. It would imply his resignation
and that the See of Peter is vacant. On 29 May 2024, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò stated publicly that a former Jesuit novice had told him that he had been sexually
abused by Bergoglio when he was Master of Novices in Argentina. On 29 June 2024, Fr. Gene Thomas Gomulka sent a letter to 367 priests in the Archdiocese of Buenos
Aires and revealed that he had been informed that three complaints had been lodged with the Congregation for the Clergy in 1979 by three former Jesuit novices who
claimed to have been sexually abused by Bergoglio. In addition, the international promotion of homosexuality and homosexual cohabitation laws carried out by Francis
(21 October 2020, 15 September 2021, 5 February 2023, 10-11 March 2023, 19 March 2024, 14 January 2025), with the help of Fr. James Martin SJ, is a significant clue.
(2) Does Jorge Mario Bergoglio belong to masonry, yes or no? This investigation is necessary because of the excommunication traditionally provided for by the Church in such cases [1]. It would imply the resignation of Francis and that the See of Peter is vacant. Since 1999, Bergoglio has been an honorary member of the Rotary Club, which is usually considered to be close to Masonic lodges. However, the Church expressly forbade such membership for clerics from 1951 [2]. Furthermore, in Argentina, on the television programme ‘La Mirada’ (by Roberto García on Canal 26
on 27 November 2017), Ambassador Juan Bautista Yofre (Tata) recalled that an Argentine television station (La Nación) had published a confidential telephone call in which the Vatican’s head of intelligence in Argentina claimed that he and Bergoglio are members of Masonry. The YouTube address for viewing this testimony is at the bottom of this page [3]: the ambassador’s statement appears at minute 27:40. On the
other hand, a careful analysis of the Bergoglian magisterium easily concludes that there is a convergence between his errors and the aspirations of ecclesiastical masonry
for human society [4].
(3) Is the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI invalid, yes or no? This investigation is necessary because of canon 188 [5]. It would imply that Francis was never Pope and
that the See of Peter is vacant. Contrary to canon 188, Pope Benedict XVI has been subjected to psychological pressure to resign: death threats, the action of the “wolves”,
Vatileaks, the conspiracy of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and George Soros according to John Podesta’s emails, manoeuvres by the international banking company
Swift, etc. This psychological pressure was at the root of the Bavarian pope’s revelation to Peter Seewald, his biographer, that the “central motive” for his resignation was chronic “insomnia”, which meant that he always had to take sleeping
pills to be able to sleep (letter of 28 October 2022). Polish-born Kazakh archbishop Jan Paweł Lenga had written, “It is difficult to believe that Pope Benedict XVI freely renounced his ministry as Successor of Peter” (1 January 2015). Italian archbishop Luigi Negri said: “I am certain that one day serious responsibilities will emerge inside and outside the Vatican. Benedict XVI has been under enormous pressure” (6 March
2017). The American bishop René Henry Gracida wrote: “I believe that Pope Benedict XVI was criminally forced to resign” (2019).
(4) Does Francis’ magisterium contain heresies, yes or no? This investigation is
necessary because of the latae sententiae excommunication in canon 1364 [6]. It would immediately imply that the See of Peter is vacant because of the automatic nature of this type of excommunication, and it would normally mean that Francis
would have to be dismissed from the clerical state. Francis’ heresies and obstinacy in error are well known, since he has always refused to correct his false magisterium, despite the filial corrections of numerous internationally renowned university professors and experts in History, Theology, Morality and Canon Law (lay people, priests, bishops and cardinals) [7]. Obviously, by officially declaring that Francis has
excluded himself from the communion of the Church, this will also have to be done for his disciples who helped him propagate his heresies: Pietro Parolin, Walter Kasper,
Luis Francisco Ladaria Ferrer SJ, Francesco Coccopalmerio, Agostino Vallini, Christoph Schönborn, Peter Turkson, Jean-Claude Hollerich SJ, Blase Cupich, Mario Grech, Víctor Manuel Fernández, Sergio Alfredo Fenoy, Bruno Forte, Giacomo Morandi, Charles Scicluna, Vincenzo Paglia, Armando Matteo, Arturo Sosa SJ, Antonio Spadaro SJ, James Martin SJ, Maurizio Chiodi, Aristide Fumagalli, Austen
Ivereigh, Rafael Luciani, etc.
(5) Is the hysterectomy decided on 10 December 2018 by Pope Francis, Cardinal Luis Francisco Ladaria Ferrer SJ and Archbishop Giacomo Morandi a direct sterilisation, yes or no? This investigation is necessary because of canons 1364, 1365 [8] and 1391 [9]. It would imply that the See of Peter is vacant and that Francis,
Ladaria and Morandi should normally be dismissed from the clerical state. Francis, Ladaria and Morandi misled Christians by insisting on the word “spontaneous
abortion”, to give it a negative perception and to authorise the practice of hysterectomy when the state of the uterus poses no present or future danger to the health of a fertile woman who has sexual relations, and when a group of medical
experts certify that all her children will die before birth. Yet twenty-five years ago, Pope John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI had expressly forbidden this hysterectomy
[10], which leads Catholic health professionals (students, midwives, nurses, doctors, etc.) to offend the Lord by committing an intrinsically evil act, forbidden by divine
law. Several journalists and expert Catholic intellectuals [11] have drawn the attention of Francis, Ladaria and Morandi, but the latter have stubbornly refused to correct the
first error of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.
(6) Is there a moral or doctrinal error by Francis that would show that he is not protected by the grace of papal infallibility, yes or no? This investigation is necessary because of the dogma of papal infallibility. It would imply that Francis was never Pope and that the See of Peter is vacant and that Francis should normally be dismissed from the clerical state. The only error that meets the four conditions that
could show that he is not protected by the grace of papal infallibility is that of 5 June 2017, in relation to the interpretation of Amoris laetitia made by the bishops of the
Pastoral Region of Buenos Aires on 5 September 2016...
-First condition: Francis has asked the People of God to accept a heresy that rejects the universality of the Sixth and
Ninth Commandments (virtue of chastity) and is contained in the phrases “the commitment to live in continence can be proposed. Amoris laetitia does not ignore the difficulties of this option... the mentioned option may not, in fact, be feasible”.
-Second condition: the definitive nature of Francis’ validation of this heresy is confirmed by his letter of reply to the Argentinian bishops, which states that no other interpretation of Amoris laetitia is possible: “I received the text of the Buenos Aires Pastoral Region...
The text is very good and thoroughly explains the meaning of chapter VIII of Amoris laetitia. There are no other interpretations”.
-Third condition: Francis’ desire to have this heresy accepted by the universal Church is clear because he has specified that this false teaching constitutes a “Magisterium authenticum” [12], i.e. a true magisterium, and he has ordered Cardinal Pietro Parolin to publish it on the official Vatican website
and in the Official Archives of the Holy See, accessible to all Christians throughout the world, which was done on 5 June 2017. Fourth condition: Francis gave his order to
Parolin formally, during an official audience, as pastor and doctor of all Christians.
-Conclusion: If, at the end of these investigations, it is proven that Bergoglio is not Pope because Benedict XVI was unjustly pushed to resign, contrary to canon 188, then it will be up to the cardinals under the age of 80 appointed by St. John Paul II and Benedict XVI to meet in conclave to elect a true pope who will perform the sanation of the pontifical acts that Francis has carried out, by confirming them or noting their nullity (beatifications and canonisations, appointments to the episcopate andcardinalate, etc.).
