OpusDei.org has denied a recent Cronista.com report claiming that Opus Dei received a letter from Pope Leo XIV demanding changes to the statutes by November 15.
"We wish to make clear that no such letter has been received," the organization stated on its website.
The clarification adds that Opus Dei continues to wo
rk with the Holy See on revising the statutes in a spirit of trust and unity.
