Since the election of Prevost
some Catholics on social media see it as resetting to Year Zero
as if the nightmare of the last 12 years under Bergoglio hadn't happened
Their consigning the past 'pontificate' to a memory hole is a great injustice to:
Those unjustly excommunicated
Those unjustly accused of disloyalty and schism
Those cancelled and sacked from their employment
Those unlawfully deposed from office
Those persecuted and hounded out of the Church
Those faithful vilified and demonised
Those denied the worthy celebration of the Mass
Those deceived and encouraged to remain in mortal sin
Those driven to despair and apostasy
Those corrupted by heresies
At some point the Church will have to honestly face the terrible things that happened under Pope Bergoglio and begin the heal the appalling harm he inflicted
And it's not as if the Bergoglian heretics are no longer in power
Just look at Detroit, Chicago or Washington, just to name a few
