The end of tyrants is to find themselves increasingly alone, surrounded
by a herd of lawless villains who use power to liquidate those they
consider enemies, analyses Caminante-Wanderer.Blogspot.com (7 October).
Citing
the examples of Nero and Stalin, he says that the same is happening
with Bergoglio, who is disguising his tyranny as "synodality", which
nobody believes in.
Bergoglio has been abandoned by the
anti-Catholics: "Just look at what happened with the Germans and their
synodal path and the grotesque attitude of the Belgian government, which
summons the nuncio to Brussels to explain Francis' unacceptable
opposition to abortion."
He has also been abandoned by the
neocons, who are now openly saying to Bergoglio's face what until
recently only a few far-sighted and independent observers were saying.
Caminante
continues: "A recent and pathetic exception is the Priestly Fraternity
of Saint Peter, whose French superior issued a communiqué a few days
after the announcement of the apostolic visit, during which they fear
the pope's fraternal embrace, with a fierce criticism of traditionalist
sites and blogs, especially Paix Liturgique, for criticising the bishops
and even Francis."
For Caminate, the short-sightedness of these
people is striking: "They have not been able to understand Bergoglio's
psychology after more than ten years of pontificate and have not even
had the intelligence to learn from the experience of others."
Even
after what has happened with Opus Dei and the Sodalitium Christianae
Vitae, they think they will achieve something by flattering Francis and
throwing stones at those who were their friends until five minutes ago.
This
is what Caminante predicts for the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter:
"They will only receive the deserved contempt of the tyrannical
pontiff".
