In the twilight of life, each person will have an assessment of how they have lived their existence. This assessment can no longer be changed, and thus, the balance of good will be the good they have done, and the balance of evil will be the evil they have done and the good they have failed to do.
When a person is elderly and knows that, by law of life, their days are numbered, they must consider that God will soon call them to account, and they must be aware—if their faculties are in good health—of what they did and did not do, the good they did and the good they failed to do, and turn their faces to Me, Almighty God, and beg for mercy.
It is in life that a soul must humble itself before God, the Eternal Judge, and beg for mercy and mercy for its existence, for it will always have things to pay for. When a soul turns to Me, Almighty God, knowing and acknowledging in life that it has done wrong and has accounts to settle with Me, Almighty God, that soul is disposed to be saved if its repentance is sincere and wholehearted. Because I, the Eternal Judge, deny no one My mercy when the sinner asks Me for it, and since I see their heart, I know whether their words are true or empty, I, the Eternal Judge, speak to you.
The true sorrow for their sins and miseries predisposes the soul to eternal salvation, and even if their life has been an abyss of atrocious sins, if at the last minute, in the last days of their life, they sincerely repent, their soul, even if it must be purified for a time in Purgatory, is predisposed to eternal salvation.
I ask you, My children, to pray for the elderly, because many of them are in serious sin. But your prayers, offered with fervor and charity, can balance their lives and help them be saved. Praying for sinners, even without knowing for whom you are praying, is a work of mercy that pleases Me greatly. I, Almighty God, speak to you. My peace and that of My Divine Son be with you all.
