The organisers of the homosexual manifestation 'Mayo Pride Parade' (May 31), Ireland, depicted a parody of the 'child Jesus of Prague' in an advertisement, renaming it the 'child Jesus of Drag'. This was explained as a "wish for good weather".
However, heavy winds created challenging conditions at the homosexual parade. The 'Big Gay Hike' up Croagh Patrick on June 2, a key event in the homosexual orgie, had to be cancelled due to bad weather. The mountain holds significant religious importance, because St Patrick has fasted and prayed on its summit for 40 days (in 441).
The blasphemous advertisement was removed after the event, following global outrage last week. "We apologise for any genuine hurt it may have caused," said the organisers, who have no plans for reparation.
On 3 June, the politician and homosexual activist Ken O’Flynn admitted that the imagery was deliberately provocative, insensitive and counterproductive: "It's about recognising that symbols of faith matter. They are not just artistic props."
