Abby Johnson (born 1980) is a prominent American anti-abortion activist and former Planned Parenthood clinic director who became a vocal pro-life advocate after witnessing an ultrasound-guided abortion in 2009. She founded the ministry "And Then There Were None" to help abortion clinic workers leave the industry.
