The greatest day of Divine Love was the day of the institution of the Eucharist. There, the Lord poured out His love upon you, even more than in His death on the Cross. The Eucharist is God's self-emptying, becoming bread, food for souls.
On that day, His Divine Heart overflowed with love. His zeal for the good of souls led Him to humble Himself in the Holy Eucharistic Mystery. He knew that He would be profaned and received sacrilegiously. He knew of the abuses that would occur, but He also knew that many souls would be perpetual worshippers of the Holy Sacrament and would be saved, thanks to the Eucharist. The Redeemer forgave nothing for the sake of souls and did everything for them with infinite and Divine Love.
I am the Divine Spirit who speaks through this instrument to instruct souls. I give life and love to souls. I lift up those who fall from the mire, and I raise those who are already on the paths of God to great heights.
I love infinitely the soul that comes to Us (the Holy Trinity), and none of the Three Divine Persons denies anything that a soul asks of Us, if it does not go against the glory of God or its own spiritual good.
The Eucharist is life, life for those who live it inwardly. It is the greatest thing that can be given to the soul. The Eucharist must be prepared before it begins, both by the one who celebrates it and by the one who is going to hear it.
It is a Sacred and Infinite Act and should not be heard or celebrated lightly. It is a great gift from God to souls, and the Real Presence of Jesus is in the Holy Host.
The love of the Redeemer prompted him to institute this sacrament, which is king of all others. If Baptism is great, the Eucharist surpasses all greatness, because it gives you God, who is the Author of all graces and the Source of divine grace.
Those who receive the Lord in the Eucharist, recognizing and being aware of whom they are receiving, have a great advantage over souls who are not Eucharistic, because the Eucharist strengthens us for daily life and for trials, increases our faith, and is such a great union between God and the soul that there is no other more perfect on earth.
