According to the visions of the Famous Catholic Mystic, Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich, the holy cup has been passed down through generations since the time of Noah...🇻🇦
1️⃣ She described its ancient origins: delivered by angels to Noah during the ark's construction, containing a grain of wheat and a vine branch as symbols of future mysteries.
2️⃣ It passed through history, eventually stored (and nearly forgotten) in the Temple treasury in Jerusalem. Priests tried to melt it down but couldn't due to its mysterious material, so it was sold. St. Veronica (Seraphia) purchased it and lent it to Jesus for sacred meals and festivals, including the Last Supper.
3️⃣ Her detailed vision of its appearance: pear-shaped, brownish highly polished metal overlaid with gold, two small handles, foot of dark virgin gold with a serpent motif, grapes, and precious stones. It included inner elements like a smaller vase, plate cover, spoon hidden in the foot, and more, Jesus alone fully understood its composition.
4️⃣ Post-Crucifixion, Peter and John retrieved it from Veronica's home. The large chalice was entrusted to the early Christian community in Jerusalem, specifically under St. James the Less (first bishop there). Emmerich saw that it remained preserved in Jerusalem, and she believed it would one day reappear in a providential way.
5️⃣ Interestingly, the famous Holy Chalice of Valencia (kept in Valencia Cathedral, Spain, and venerated by many as the true Grail) is an agate stone cup with a brownish hue, some note it matches parts of Emmerich's color and material description (brownish, ancient stone-like qualities).
