Bishop Joseph Brennan, 72, of Fresno, California, attended the invalid episcopal “consecration” of Anglican layman Greg Kimura on April 18 at St. James Episcopal temple in Fresno.
During the consecration, Monsignor Brennan said the consecration prayer and lifted his hands. He just didn't lay his hands on Kimura. Monsignor Brennan is the cleric to the left.
