Swearing is something that must not be done. Swearing in vain and using the Holy Name of God is something that must not be done; it is only lawful to do so before official courts to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth. One must never swear falsely, nor with deceit or concealment of any kind.
Nowadays, the Holy Name of God is taken under evil oaths. Swearing by God to things that are evil—God or His Holy Name cannot be put as a guarantee for despicable and perverse acts and deeds, not even to save one's honor. The Holy Name of God cannot be used for sinful or vile things, nor should it be used to swear to true actions; it is better to use another means to prove someone's innocence and not an oath putting God as a witness.
Children, you give God less importance than a straw; you take Him so lightly and mention Him with so little respect that you do not please Him with your deeds. I Am the Spirit of God who speaks to you, and I desire to show you the paths of perfection—not only the paths of righteousness and salvation, but also those of perfection, for whoever is already walking on the path of salvation must take the next path, which is that of perfection. But your conduct leaves much to be desired; you are not people of pleasing language. You speak coarsely, without caring that you mention (in vain) the Most Holy Name of God or of Your Heavenly Mother. You must strive to make your tongue cleaner in words and conversations, and to speak with more decoro and dignity.
Every member of your body must honor God Most High—the eyes, the hands, the tongue, the ears; all members must be placed at the service of the glory of God and not to defile His Name or say it so lightly and without any respect. You mention the name of your biological parents with much more respect than that of Your Creator and Your Redeemer, and you must strive so that this is not the case, because God deserves all honor and glory, and your tongue must also be an instrument of that glory which you owe to Your Creator and Lord. I, the Divine Spirit, speak to you.
You must not allow anyone in your presence to defile the Holy Name of God, and you must have the courage to glorify Him if someone blasphemes; thus, children of God Most High, be all worthy sons and daughters of God, because whoever does not defend their Creator before men is not a worthy son or daughter of Him. I, the Spirit of God, speak to you. The peace of the Most Holy Trinity be with you all.
