"Many of My faithful priests suffer inner, and at times very harsh, struggles. I, Jesus, speak to you.
My children, I ask you that in your spiritual commitments and in your plan of spiritual life, you pray assiduously for priests so that they do not succumb to temptation, for Satan attacks them time and again to make them sin and to discourage them in the inner struggles they have. I, Jesus, speak to you.
My children, although all souls have and rely on My grace, you, the members of My Mystical Body, must pray much so that priests remain in holiness and do not succumb to temptation, because there is nothing that pleases My mortal enemy more than a priest being in sin. I, Jesus, speak to you.
Offer to your Holy Mother prayers, sacrifices, and alms for priests, for many are weak and, because they lead a slack spiritual life, they fall into temptation more easily.
To you, beloved priests who wish to live in holiness and who face inner struggles time and again, I ask you not to leave your fellowship with Me in order to overcome temptation, so that it may become a source of merits; whether you are tired or not, whether you are discouraged or not, remain in My company in the Tabernacle and you will see how you come out strengthened in your inner struggles, because I, My children, am the life of the soul and health for the body, and I give you all kinds of graces so that you may fulfill your ministry according to My holy and divine will. I, Jesus, speak to you.
My children, many times your tiredness and apathy are not always a consequence of the weak strength of the body, but a consequence of your slackness in the soul, for if your soul’s life is healthy and strong, you will see how easily you conquer the body and its inclinations, and even if you suffer from illnesses, you will see how you do not lack the strength to bear them. Because when the soul is strong and well attached to Me, the body submits to it easily and without any difficulty. I, Jesus, speak to you.
See, My children, priests of My Heart, that I admirably endured My Passion because My soul was united to My Heavenly Father, the source of all grace, and My soul conquered the weakness and limitations of the body because the grace of God that gave life (and strength) to My soul helped it to overcome all suffering; for when the soul lives in God and for God, the body submits to it, and this example I set for you also applies to My Mother, who did not die of grief because the life of grace she had in her soul sustained her. I, Jesus, speak to you, instruct you, and bless you.
