In Bakonybél, Hungary, a Calvinist has been living as member of the Benedictine community for years while remaining Reformed. With the approval of the former Archabbot of Pannonhalma, Bishop Asztrik Várszegi, he has been permitted to receive Communion within the Catholic monastery. The arrangement has been covered in Hungarian church media multiple times since 2016.
