Worse than Germany: On 3 June, as part of the events surrounding the homosexual march of Turin, the "Catholic" homosex group La Tenda di Gionata supported a discussion on polyamory.
In September 2025, Leo XIV permitted this group a march into St Peter's basilica.
The
recent event in Turin featured the decadent films 'The Sex of Angels'
by Xavier Villaverde and 'Polyamory Explained to Mothers and
Grandmothers' by Roberto Pérez Toledo.
La Tenda di Gionata has
also published a number of articles and testimonies on polyamory on its
website, including interviews with members of the group 'Polifamiglie',
reflections by self-described polyamorous Catholics, and discussions on
family life, faith, and participation in the Church by people in
polyamorous relationships.
