Divine grace is a priceless gift. Divine grace is the life of the soul, and the more grace the soul acquires, the more divine life it possesses. I Am Jesus of Nazareth who speaks to you and instructs you.
My children, it is a great spiritual treasure to possess divine grace, because divine grace in your souls is the physiognomy of the soul itself, and just as you take care of your appearance and like to be good-looking, so you must care for the appearance of your soul, which is seen by God and the blessed.
My children, concern yourselves with the state of your soul. You must improve it because the more beautiful your soul is, the more glory it will give to the Most Holy Trinity, and divine grace in the soul is acquired through the sacraments, especially through Communion, which if you receive it under the right conditions, increases the beauty of your soul, that is to say, it increases sanctifying grace, divine life in the soul.
Many of you receive Communion in the hand without any consideration because what you touch and receive is My Sacred Body, and your sinful hands must not touch Me, because I must be touched only by hands anointed and dedicated to My service. You do not understand this because of how widespread this custom has become, and furthermore you say that it is more hygienic, because you care more about the hygiene of your body than the hygiene of your soul. Children, in Communion when you receive it, you must look to My good, the good of Your Creator and not your own, because I, who do not leave even a glass of water (that you give) without reward, will give you My divine grace so that your souls may grow in holiness.
My Holy Mother possessed divine grace in its fullness; therefore, the Angel Gabriel called her full of grace. She knew how to remain at all times, from her age of reason, in close union with the Most Holy Trinity. She did the will of God at every moment, and this, together with her Immaculate Conception, allowed her to live divine grace in its fullness. And you make mediocre, thoughtless communions, giving Me neither honor nor glory; that is why, My children, you do not prosper (in holiness), because your sinful hands touch Me and, after having touched Me, you go shopping or get into the car with the same hands in which I HAVE BEEN, WITHOUT CONSIDERING THE SACRED AND DIVINE NATURE OF THE ACT YOU HAVE DONE UPON RECEIVING COMMUNION (1)
How many depressions, how many sorrows, how many tears and trials in people who do not benefit from Communion because they receive Me in their sinful hands, hands that touch the things of the world and that are not anointed for My service. For even though many priests are unworthy and sinners, their hands were anointed by the Bishop, even if they later fell into sin.
Your tongue is interior. With it you do not touch unclean things, only food and drinks, because if anyone receives Me on the tongue unworthily as well, I say to you what My Apostle Paul says: Whosoever shall eat this Bread, or drink this Cup of the Lord, unworthily, eateth or drinketh damnation to himself (1 Cor 11:29)
With a view to serving Me and giving Me glory, you must do what gives Me the most glory and does you the most good, and in the case of Communion, receive Me on the tongue; it is more worthy of Me and more profitable for your souls. I, Jesus, speak to you and lovingly instruct you.
