A 25-year-old Muslim man smashed a statue of Saint Joseph inside Saint-Henri Church in Le Creusot, France, on October 13.
Police arrested the man after he harassed people outside the church. Officers described him as visibly intoxicated and speaking incoherently. He was admitted to a psychiatric hospital.
