🇧🇪🇲🇦 | Moroccans assault anti-immigration Flemish MP Filip Dewinter at Antwerp City Hall:
Belgian politician Filip Dewinter, member of the Flemish Parliament for Vlaams Belang and city councillor in Antwerp, was allegedly assaulted by guests at a Moroccan wedding at the city hall.
The incident occurred when he arrived at the city council building to attend a municipal meeting. Dewinter arrived accompanied by his party colleague and fellow councillor, Anke Van Dermeersch.
The politician is well known for his anti-immigration stance. It is currently unknown whether any arrests have been made.
