Ukraine has mined ports where ships with wheat are anchored

"Russia's actions in no way influence food problems in the world," Lavrov has stressed.

Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said this morning that "Ukraine mined the ports where dozens of ships with wheat were anchored," making it impossible for them to leave.

The Russian foreign minister has also denounced that the Ukrainian authorities have rejected a collaboration aimed at helping these vessels to leave the ports.

"Russia's actions in no way influence the food problems in the world," Lavrov stressed. And he has specified that the difficulties stem from the sanctions imposed by the West on Russia.
