When Father Sean Gough, England, was questioned by police for an hour for praying silently in the no-go zone of an abortion clinic, the police harassed him because he was wearing a cassock, Gough revealed on Twitter.
"When do you normally wear one? Don't you realise it’ll be perceived as intimidating?" They also asked, “Were you praying for forgiveness?"
The questions got worse when the police asked about the content of the spiritual prayers, "What were you praying about?"
"I was praying for blessings on everyone".
Police: "What is a blessing?"
“To invoke God's grace".
Police: "What is grace?"
