To receive the benefits of Jesus’ presence, one must approach Him with the will.
(1) Continuing in my usual state, as soon as blessed Jesus came, He said to me:
(2) “My daughter, I am with souls, both within and without; but who experiences the effects?
One who approaches my Will with their own; who calls Me, who prays, who knows my Power and the good I can do for them. Otherwise, it is like someone who has water in their house but does not go to take it and drink; even though the water is there, they do not enjoy its benefit and they burn with thirst. Likewise, if they feel cold, and even though there is a fire they do not go near it to warm themselves, they will not enjoy the benefit of the heat—and so on for everything else.
How great is my displeasure that, while I want to give, there is no one to receive my benefits!”
