Jesus: "The Guardian Angels are pure spirits, but real presences: they live by your side. They love you even more than your parents, they follow you and are close to you from the first moment of conception, they help you to form you, they see you grow, they support you so that you may fulfill My Will, they impel you all your life to lead you to God; Especially in moments of trial and pain, they console you, strengthen you, show you the way, lead you to your last breath and help you in your passage, and when, having left corporeal matter, you can see your Angel for what he is, he will be at your side at the Judgment before God, where he will defend your cause.
To those who are about to enter Purgatory he sustains them, encourages them, gives them hope, helps them, prays. It is he who introduces you into the Kingdom of Heaven where he will be your eternal friend. He has been given to you by the Creator to be always united to you. For those angels who will see the souls entrusted to them lost, for those angels who will not be able to defend their causes before God, great will be their sorrow! They will be heartbroken, for they loved them, but they fully accept the Will of God, and sadly return to Heaven without their souls.
The angels participate in the life of man: they do not remain indifferent; they adore continually with their gaze turned towards Heaven, but they are sharers in human sorrows and vicissitudes. Just as, after the great battle in Heaven against the fallen angels, they chose to bow down and worship the Man-God, they embraced in themselves the service and participation in the affairs of every man. In particular, they make themselves present at the sacraments, enter with you into the church and immediately run to worship God in the tabernacle, where they join in the adoration of other angels who are always there on their knees adoring. They are present at the offertory when each of them brings your gifts to the altar, they gladly carry the offering, the gift of each soul. But how many others remain sad because they have nothing to bring when the souls entrusted to them have nothing to share with God.
Pray to the holy Angels! They protect you, prayer strengthens their defense: from how many dangers and attacks of the evil one they deliver you! What a battle in the spirits they wage against the demons to defend humanity!
"And why, you will say then, do so many children die in misfortunes?".
The time had come for their ascension to Heaven.
"And why have so many innocents not been defended against violence and injustice?".For even the Angel stops at the will of man, but participates in the suffering of the innocent: he is there to help him, to heal his wounds like a balm, ready to spur him to hope, to reform, in the offense, the offering.
Be friends of the Angels who love you. Your Angel is always at your side, even when you have sinned he has not turned his back on you, but has taken you by the hand to lead you to God. He loves you and protects you."
